With the March Madness field set, many began to fill out their brackets immediately and make their predictions. It’s basically impossible to get every pick right, heck, it’s ridiculous to even get the entire first round right.
ESPN college basketball expert Jay Bilas is going to do his best with his bracket. The analyst recently filled out his bracket and made picks for every single game beginning this week.
The experience will be different in 2021, with the entirety of the tournament set to take place across Indianapolis at various courts. The structure also features a delayed format, with the First Four beginning Thursday and the first two rounds set to run Friday through Monday. Six different venues will play host with the Final Four to begin April 3 at Lucas Oil Stadium.
With the bracket being revealed region by region, there was no doubt about Gonzaga as the top seed. Then the debate began. With the Ivy League opting out, 31 teams received automatic bids and then the at-large debates were underway as bubbles bursted and other teams heard their names called.
Let’s dive into Bilas’ picks and break down what it means for every single region, leading to the Final Four and 2021 National Championship.
